Mr. Polendakov is appointed as Managing Director Bulgaria, Greece and Albania, Heidelberg Materials as of May, 2022. He previously held the position of Managing Director for Heidelberg Materials in Russia since 2011.
Mr. Lazaridis is the Finance Director of Heidelberg Materials for Bulgaria, Greece and Albania since 01.04.2021. He studied Accounting and Finance at Athens University of Economics and Business and is a certified ACCA Affiliate. Lazaridis Efstathios is part of the company since 2018, previous on the position Deputy Finance Director for the Cluster Bulgaria, Greece and Albania.
Mr. Colosio is Technical Director for Bulgaria, Greece and Albania, joining the Company in 2016. He has a long international experience in different Plants of the Group, including the position of Manufacturing Manager in Cairo, Egypt, Plant Manager acting as Technical Director in Fuping, China, Plant Manager in Athens, Greece. This is Mr. Colosio’s second mandate in Bulgaria as he held the position of Maintenance Manager within Technical Department of Devnya Cement AD in the period 1999-2002. Mr. Colosio is fluent in Bulgarian language.
Since March 2022, Mr.Lazarov is Commercial Director of Heidelberg Materials for Bulgaria, Greece and Albania and he is the first Commercial director responsible for the 3 countries at the same time. He has rich experience of international sales and his career at HeidelbergCement Group began in 2014 as Business Development and Export Manager of the subsidiary in Bulgaria. Since 2017 he has been Sales Manager for Bulgaria and Albania. Since March 2020, Mr. Mihail Lazarov is Commercial Director of Halyps Cement, responsible for the Greek and Albania markets.
Neli Kirova is holding the position Purchasing Director for Bulgaria, Greece and Albania since the beginning of 2021. Ms. Kirova joined Devnya Cement in 2018 at the position of Accounting and Tax Manager and as of December 2019 covered also the position of Process Optimization Manager. Her previous experience is in London, United Kingdom in the field of Accounting and Finance.
Svilen Dyakov is part of Devnya Cement since 2000. He was appointed HR Director for Bulgaria, Greece and Albania for Heidelberg Materials in December 2022.
